Andrew MacBride

Andrew’s main focus is on successful delivery of Lindsay Bennelong’s developments, with the aim of achieving a cost effective delivery outcome, optimising return and protecting the company from commercial risk through thorough analysis, and effective management of the project lifecycle.

Andrew works closely with the development team from project inception to ensure that projects are structured and delivered to meet the objectives of the organisation. He presently manages the delivery of the ADVANXeast development, which is a mixed use development nearing completion, comprising 132 apartments
and retail space in Rushcutters Bay, as well as Lindsay Bennelong’s 20 storey mixed use development “Vue” in Bondi Junction comprising 133 apartments and retail space, also under construction.

Since joining the Group in 2008, Andrew has played a key role in the successful delivery of several Lindsay Bennelong developments including Q Central in Norwest Business Park, a Data Centre at Gore Hill and the Fox Sports’ studios and offices in Gore Hill.

Andrew has a depth of experience in the civil infrastructure, industrial and commercial sectors through to high quality residential and retail development. With a strong base in construction planning, building assessment, design, financial management and contract administration, Andrew plays a key role in the successful delivery of Lindsay Bennelong’s developments.

Before joining Lindsay Bennelong Developments, Andrew undertook significant Project Management and hands on Construction Management roles in large scale commercial Sydney CBD projects. These included the 22,000m2 refurbishment project of 259 George St, Workplace6 at Darling Island, and refurbishment of the Hilton Hotel Sydney.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). He is a Member of Engineers Australia (EA).
