Leigh Manser

Leigh joined Lindsay Bennelong in April 2007 and is responsible for all aspects of project delivery from master planning and design, through the approvals stage to construction and the sales and marketing process.

He initially played a key role in the successful delivery of the 2011 UDIA NSW Excellence in High Density Award winning mixed use development, ADVANX in Rushcutters Bay comprising 154 apartments and retail space as well as the refurbishment of the Advanx Heritage building.

Leigh’s core focus is to facilitate and oversee design and cost management, feasibilities, sales and marketing, and the construction delivery of various developments within the Lindsay Bennelong business. His role sees him actively involved with local government, the finance sector, builders, consultants, purchasers and tenants, and project marketers.

At present, Leigh manages the ADVANXeast development, which is a mixed use development nearing completion, comprising 132 apartments
and retail space in Rushcutters Bay, as well as Lindsay Bennelong’s 20 storey mixed use development “Vue” in Bondi Junction comprising 133 apartments and retail space, also under construction.

Leigh is also responsible for managing a number of other residential and mixed use developments for the business currently at varying stages from design development and approval stage, prior to these being released to the public.

Specialising in mixed-use and high end residential developments, Leigh has also been involved in the design phases of Lindsay Bennelong’s Q-Central commercial development at Norwest Business Park along with the Fox Sports head office building at Gore Hill.

Leigh began his career in the property industry as a Sales Estimator for Clarendon Homes, a position he held for five years prior to joining Lindsay Bennelong. Leigh has a Diploma in Building and a Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
