Advanx

A visionary transformation of the iconic Advanx Tyre & Rubber site, Advanx was awarded NSW Excellence in High Density Award by the UDIA.

The first phase of a 2.5 hectare urban regeneration, this exclusive residential and commercial precinct represents an outstanding example of inner city living. Designed by DJRD Architects in association with Lacoste + Stevenson, the project involved the restoration and adaptive re-use of the original Advanx Hall building. Fronting a new public plaza, its brick façade is part of a composition of different types that reduce the apparent scale of the development, creating a sense of intimacy.
