A vastly experienced property professional with a track record of success dating back to 1976, Peter established Lindsay Bennelong in 2007. He oversees every aspect of the business from land acquisitions, residential, commercial and industrial developments to marketing. As one of the industry’s most knowledgeable identities and founder of leading builder Clarendon Homes, Peter has worked across the broad spectrum of the property arena, from land development to luxury homes. He’s proud to be at the helm of a progressive company, bringing together a talented team known for exceptional design and construction techniques and a commitment to environmentally sustainable development.
Mathew is responsible for the prudential management of Lindsay Bennelong, implementing corporate governance and risk management for all transactions being considered by the company. While completing his Commerce degree at Australian National University, he spent time in the United States with leading home builder US Homes before joining Clarendon Homes NSW in 1998. Mathew was subsequently appointed Group Finance Manager supporting CPG Australia’s Director of Finance, before assuming the role of Financial Controller and later CEO of Carter Mayfair, CPG Australia’s mortgage business.
Imran joined Lindsay Bennelong as CFO in 2016 after 10 years with big 4 consulting firm, PwC, specialising in property development and construction within the Private Sector.
Imran holds a Bachelors of Commerce from Macquarie University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (ICAA).
As General Manager, David oversees all aspects of the business including site acquisition, project structuring, project delivery and project marketing. Prior to joining Lindsay Bennelong, David worked with CPG Developments for seven years and was instrumental in delivering several of the company’s successful, high-profile projects including sites in Warriewood, Little Bay, Eastwood, Rushcutters Bay and Kooindah Waters. David is a registered valuer and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
Joining the team in 2007, Leigh is responsible for all aspects of project delivery including site acquisition, planning proposals, master planning and design through to the approvals stage, construction and sales and marketing. His core focus is to facilitate and oversee design and cost management, feasibilities and construction delivery. His role sees him actively involved with local government, the finance sector, builders, consultants, purchasers and tenants as well as project marketers. His passion has always been high-quality residential developments and he’s proud to have been involved in Advanx and Advanx East in Rushcutters Bay and VUE and Whitton Lane in Bondi Junction.
Since joining Lindsay Bennelong in 2008, Andrew has played a key role in projects including Q Central in Norwest Business Park, ASX and Fox Sports in Gore Hill, Advanx East in Rushcutters Bay, VUE and Whitton Lane in Bondi Junction and High Grove at Box Hill. His main focus is on successful project delivery, achieving a cost-effective outcome, optimising return and protecting the company from commercial risk through thorough analysis and effective management of the project lifecycle. A Member of Engineers Australia (EA) and a Licenced Builder, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Joining Lindsay Bennelong in 2024 as a Project Manager, Matthew brings a collaborative, process-based approach to minimising risk and delivering high quality outcomes from the earliest project stages through to the final handover. With a Bachelor of Construction Management (honours) and nearly a decade of experience delivering commercial building projects, he’s well versed in technical aspects of construction management including authority approvals, design management and contracting. Highly motivated, with a passion for creating quality spaces for residents and communities while delivering value for investors, his focus has been on the successful development of Lindsay Bennelong’s distinguished Crows Nest venture Delano.
After more than 20 years representing some of Australia’s leading agents and developers, Tina brings her extensive residential real estate experience to the Lindsay Bennelong Project Sales team. Her extensive career has seen her involved in all facets of residential real estate from project marketing and home building contract sales through to investment sales and property auctions. Tina inspires a level of trust and confidence from the people around her, building instant and long-term rapport with her clients. She attributes her long-standing, successful career to her passion for property combined with honesty, professionalism and the ability to adapt to any situation.
Having in excess of 20 years of property and housing experience, Kim is responsible for all manner of finance related matters and project accounting for Lindsay Bennelong Developments.
Kim’s strength is her understanding of the development process from acquisition to completion while overseeing all financial aspects and cashflow impact for each development. Whilst working closely with the CFO, Kim provides a wide range of assistance and reporting to the Lindsay Bennelong Development team.
Kim is also the Finance Manager providing the same knowledge and assistance to the Clarendon Property Group’s land subdivision business, CPG Estates.
With more than 30 years of property experience, Christine conducts all manner of legal counsel and representation and manages conveyancing activities relating to project sales. Her strength lies in advising and handling complex contractual issues, with specialist expertise in the residential legal services industry. She has experience in a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters, providing strategic advice to the Development Directors. She was previously Legal Manager for Clarendon Homes and CPG Australia, later spending two years with Investa before returning to work with Peter Campbell in 2007.
